Focal Clear headphones
From past experience RMAing various items with cables, they never ask for you to send the peripherals; just the bare minimum or the item being be replaced.- redone13

E-MU Wooden Series Headphones
I believe you can ask them to put a 1/4" plug instead of needing an adapter. One of the pictures specifies certain numbers correlating to a different connection.- redone13

Optimal Portable Aux Cord Length
Oh, I see what you mean. I guess it would take others to chime in but if you are asking because you are trying to find a good length for yourself, try a flexible tape measure. Otherwise, I'd say its a few feet from your pocket to your ear. You could even get a longer cable and coil it a... -
Thoughts on SS or hybrid amps for Beyers?
Hmm, I wouldn't say that is necessarily the case. The awesome thing about the tubes is that you can change the dynamics until you find what you like. I guess that can be a gift and a curse based on how much you like to tinker. ...- redone13

How much of an Objective Change does going with Balanced Output produce?
It's basically noise reduction to allow for the best possible sound out of whatever it is you're using. If you have a lot of interference where your setup is, you may notice a difference. If not, then you might not ever be able to tell.- redone13

Sennheiser HD650 or HD600 - Do they really need an amp?
There's no doubt that the high impedance cans do. I tried using my 650s without one as a test instead of my Bottlehead crack and the results were crappy. The soundstage was tiny and the volume was minimal. That was on a Firestudio mobile as well as TC Impact twin. My my Prism Orpheus they...- redone13

Headphone Fatigue. Does it get better?
You can adjust to it but it is probably best to fine headphones that don't fatigue you. My ears would feel like crap after mixing on HS80Ms for a while but with A7Xs, I can go on for hours. My HD650s do bother my ears after an hour or two but I am not sure if this is fatigue.- redone13

Optimal Portable Aux Cord Length
That question could be answered in a million ways. For my car, a few feet is fine. For my speakers in the garage, I like it a little longer so I don't have to walk so far away from my car to change the song. The optimal length is based on the circumstances. -
Sennheiser cables absolutely horrible. My 3rd HD650 cable just started breaking.
Yea, not sure what you're doing to it. Are you putting constant tension on it or something? I've considered aftermarket cables for my HD650s but I could never justify because the original cable still has no issues. -
Headphone Burn-in
I've always burnt in my speakers. When I used to be into subwoofers, I'd go extra easy on them at first. I do the same with my headphones and my tubes, gradually increasing the power level to them.- redone13

Thoughts on SS or hybrid amps for Beyers?
Why not a Bottlehead crack? With a good 12AU7 (Mullard) and a Tung-Sol 5998, I'd say it has the dynamics you are looking for. I use em with my high impedence HD650s and DT 770s. It's right in your price range even with the Speedball.- redone13

$100-170 Bang for buck IEM's
These are incredible. I have a pair of HD650s and DT770s with a Bottlehead crack so I like to think I know a little about sound quality. I have a pair that I picked up on Slickdeals for like 50 bucks. ...- redone13

Need a ps4 headset
I would save a little bit more for the PX4. If you need it immediately the PX24 is good too but the wireless is hard to beat. If you are using it for PS4 though you still need the Talkback cable.- redone13
