ifi iDSD nano BL - firmware/MQA issues
I already have a support ticket in and have been going back and forth for several days. You’re product sounds excellent for the price, but if it doesn’t operate as advertised, after i’ve spent several days troubleshooting and attempting to fix something’s wrong. I’m confident it’s not my Mac -...- CEddy10165

ifi iDSD nano BL - firmware/MQA issues
I recommended this unit to a friend and they’re not able to install the windows drivers on iFi’s site. Ease of use seems to be hit or miss. Anyone else have problems with installing the Windows drivers?- CEddy10165

HIFI MAN HE-400
I don’t know if understand the problem you’re describing or not. I fixed my stock pads by taking them off and fastening the edges of the material down on the back with a glue gun. If not, replacement pads are available on amazon.- CEddy10165

ifi iDSD nano BL - firmware/MQA issues
Navodar, did you try the 5.3c update to solve the apple dropout error? As much as I appreciate your suggestion, I don’t like the idea of having to buy another 80 dollar app to make the first app and hardware work right. Thanks.- CEddy10165

ifi iDSD nano BL - firmware/MQA issues
I can try - I don’t have a windows machine. I hope it works. Seems like driving and hour to have a friend update the firmware on an Mqa approved device is putting a lot of expectation on a customer to make something work that is supposed to be quality controlled, Mqa endorsed, and should work...- CEddy10165

ifi iDSD nano BL - firmware/MQA issues
Thank you for the feedback and suggestion. Yes, I read your posts, but saw they seemed to be left unaddressed. That’s a bummer. Seems to be an iOS issue mainly? Seriously stinks that you’d need to buy another 80 dollar application to get the original application and hardware to function...- CEddy10165

ifi iDSD nano BL - firmware/MQA issues
Thanks so much Chad! Glad to hear it works correctly for you. I have all my settings correct and still have the starts cut off. Have a ticket in with iFi. Maybe this an apple iOS issue? I’ve done tons a research and see others with the problem, but 99 percent of the reviews don’t mention it...- CEddy10165

ifi iDSD nano BL - firmware/MQA issues
I bought the ifi idsd nano bl as a portable dac and headphone amp that has Mqa rendering. The driver for this decision is the ability to stream Tidal Master Mqa. My unit arrived with 5.3 firmware, and am on Mac - updating the firmware to 5.3c fails. The first second or 2 of every Tidal Mqa...- CEddy10165

iPhone 5 Equalizer Apps in App Store
Quote: Hi there! I did a search of the forums but don't see any dedicated discussion on the Bongiovi DPS app, which I just bought per your recommendation. Should I start one or is this thread a good enough place for conversation about it? I am using HeadFi RE262 > Fiio E11 > Pod Touch...- CEddy10165

Review by 'CEddy10165' on item 'AWEI ES-Q5 Headphones Earphone Earbuds for iPhone3G/4/4S, White'
I bought these from an Ebay seller for 6.98 USD after reading good reviews online, and on the Head-Fi forums, but found no official review, so I'll add my thoughts. I was looking for an above average set of in-ear phones that offered good value for under 20 USD. They met my needs and I would...- CEddy10165
