Paul iBasso, is the batch tool Win 7/8 only?  No Windows 10 support?

Is there a way to use the FW Batch Tool in Windows 10 or does one have to use a Windows 7 or 8 machine?

  Are you trying to say that when you pause a track, the display shows the bit/sample rate as 0/0, rather then whatever bit/sample rate of the track actually is? What does it display while playing?  0/0 or the actual bit/sr?

I'd love to check out your full firmware. What changes were made?

You can swipe to scroll long album/song titles.  The implementation is poor however as you will often ff/rw the track you are playing.

    Thanks for that.  So basically, I should just use the headphone out rather than line out.  I'm not so anal that double amping bothers me.  It's a car, after all.  I will say that even using the headphone out, the DX80 sounds wonderful in the car.

If your script is usable on a MAC, I'd love to check it out.   I hate that the DX80 reads file names rather then meta data.

Try taking the file off of the DX 80, change the file name, re-add it to the DX 80, and see if the file name changes.

One thing I have noticed is that the line out levels are way too hot. I cannot use line out out all in my vehicle.  Its just too hot.  The sound is just too loud and or distorted.  If I use the headphone jack, everything is fine but that leaves me with double amping, which i'd rather not have...

  Do you use iTunes?  Do you have more than one version of DSotM?

If you have more than one version of a song that is the same track number, adding a "1" to the end of the file name allows multiple files with the same name.     Thank you for saving me the time of typing pretty much that.  Reading and sorting by Meta Tags rather than file name is of uber...

So far I am inclined to say that this device is a POS! Tried updating the FM, unit wont recognize any sd card.   Finally got the unit to recognize a card, update started, crashed, now I am left with a  bricked unit that wont recognize an sd card.   What?   Guess I am going to have to...
