Wowza! How did Schiit manage to fit Unison USB on the same board and small Modi chassis?

Is Unison a one and done platform type thing for next 10 years or could there be further improvements being worked to have firmware updates or 2-3 years a Unison 2.0 release that would warrant new cards, etc.

I will probably won’t be able to resist and get some type pour over setup in the future as well such as V60 or Kalita wave. Not very expensive and good for the small batches, why not?

I found the Select to appealing as has improved water dispenser, certified for half pot unlike the other models and also has 10 year warranty. My wife and I finish off a full pot in morning but I have days I need a batch in the afternoon so hoping the half pot feature is nice improvement...

Thanks for this comparison. I picked up the Sundara a few days ago and have been enjoying them. But can’t help but think about the Ananda prompted a bit by the round ear cup vs the ear shaped cup comfort difference and possible jump in sound quality.

My Westinghouse Reliatron is starting to turn the corner after 24 hours. I heard it start to open up in the middle of one track and begin to improve. Looks like I just need to continue to be patient. :)

Thanks for your review! I am going to try some rubber footers for the bottom of the Lyr to help with microphonics and also keep burning in the Westinghouse.

Maybe I don’t have a Raytheon but a GE. These are 2 photos of the “Raytheon” It still sounds good just crazy microphonic. I thought at first maybe something wrong with the lyr until I put in the Schiit stock tube.
