    Chord MOJO - Review

I did a side-by-side comparison of the Dragonfly Red and the Mojo, and chose the Red. I just added the Mojo to my collection, and my first impressions remain the same. I paid $400 used (USD), but it doesn't sound 2x as good as my Dragonfly (even on my Audeze's). Just my unsolicited opinion.

    Shure SE846 Impressions Thread

I agree with this assessment. I picked up my 846's just over a week ago, and I feel that they resemble the 215's in many ways. Even though I grabbed mine on sale at headphone.com, I don't feel that they warrant the $800 price.

    HD 650 vs shure SRH1440

I have been buying Shure gear for years, and my 1440s just turned 3 years old. Very bright, revealing, and well suited for lower level listening. $300 new from authorized retailers ensures you get warranty prtection, which Shure is great at, but a pair of Sennheisers on sale would be mighty...

    Got the Shure SRH-1440

The 1440s are quite lean in regards to base and their treble is exemplified.  I often will turn on the base boost on my Fiio E18, and this does not cause much distortion with most music.  You may enjoy the 1540s more if you don't mind losing some of that spacious sound.

    Got the Shure SRH-1440

Your 1440s are best left at home.  Having owned mine for several years, they stay at home most of the time, unless I am heading to a place known for its solitude.  Even ambient noise at home, such as HVAC or neighbors, can hinder hearing all the details.

Shure SRH1440- best choice at $320?

Get them! I just picked up a pair of 1440s today and I'm blown away.  I chose these over the AKG K701s because these come in at a favorable 37 Ohms and are equipped with great accessories.  Warmth, balance, depth, and control sum these cans up.  I have no intention of changing my 'at-home'...

Just bought Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro for $160... good deal?

Keep them! I have had my Custom One Pros for about a month now, and I love them.  My last pair of Beyerdynamic cans was a pair of DT 990s (in 32 ohms) and I feel these are far more practical.
