Well I went to a Guitar Center, and I compared the HD25s to the ATH-M50s, and I actually prefer the M50s. They fit better on my head, so I was able to get a good seal on them. No matter what way I put the HD25s, they wouldn't sit on my ears right. So I think I'm going to have to go with the M50s...

Well, after quite a bit of research, I'm leaning towards something from the HD25 family. Does anyone know of anywhere that I could give them a test run? I've read that you can get them at Apple Stores, but I've never seen them on display for testing.

Well, the Head-Fi TV episode did help clear some things up, as well as many more reviews on the two. Does anyone know how the DT1350s perform unamped? I haven't been able to find much info on that aspect of them. The between the HD25 1-IIs and the DT1350s, which ones perform better unamped?

So I took a second look at the Shootout thread, and both the Sennheiser HD25-1 II and the Beyerdynamic DT 1350 have been getting great reviews on sound, and the isolation on both is apparently good as well. The HD25-1 II is in my price range, but I might also be able to swing the 1350.   So...

Buying portable or in-ear headphones? Seeking guidance? DON'T START A NEW THREAD. Ask for advice HERE!

I started a thread here, but I thought that maybe I should post up here to see for help (probably should have hit here first, but hindsight is 20/20). The first post of the thread goes pretty in-depth, but here's a summary of what I'm looking for:   Over-the-Ear or On-the-Ear headphones...

Well, I've read some more reviews on the Zoros, and watched some on YouTube, and it seems that the general consensus is that the sound is good, but the isolation and leakage is bad. One of the reviews said that the leakage might happen more at volume levels over 50%, and if that's the case, then...

I will definitely take a good look at them. I've searched the forums and noticed some good comments on the sound, but not a lot on the isolation. Can you speak to their abilities in that area? That's kinda high up on my feature list, about even with overall sound quality.

Bump with some extra info.   The detachable wire isn't a necessity as long as the built-in wires are sturdy. I'd still like it, but if it comes to a choice between sound and a wire, I'll take the sound.   Also, I'm coming off of wearing a pair of Iron Man Yurbuds (which will suffice for...

Hello there! I'm new here (great way to start off a post, right?), and I could really use some help picking a set of good headphones (oh boy, another one of these). Now before you write me off, let me start by saying that I have searched the forum, and I've found a lot of good insight, but many...
