Easy. I separate the Poly and Mojo2 when I'm not using them. In my experience, Poly lasts longer than the Mojo.

Did the arrivals make to you last week?

I really like my Empy2 with the Mojo2. Even at a loud volume, there’s plenty of headroom.

Actually, if you unplugged the poly from the mojo, the battery does not drain nearly as fast. About the same as other battery powered products.

Did you have the same issue with your previous mSD card? Have you tried re-formatting the card, then load only about ¼ of the songs back on it?

I've updated to 1.0.0.8 on my EX. Under the SPF menu, I find IE 600 and IE 800S, but not IE 900. What am I still missing?:upside_down:

I noticed an improvement when I switched from USB to TOSlink on my 2Go/2Yu. Of course, this limits the file resolution to 24/192.

I have the W4 EX and see no iem profiles. I'm guessing that this is a feature only on the W4, not the EX.

AFAIK, when a Poly is physically connected to the Mojo, it checks the USB connection frequently to see if the Mojo is turned on. The Poly becomes inactive when disconnected. I always disconnect them when I'm not using them.

If you haven't already tried this, leave it plugged in for at least 24 hours. Otherwise contact The Sound Organisation (support@soundorg.com) if you're in the US/Canada.

I've had this issue with ZS and Roon for the better part of a year after a Roon update. I recently updated Roon to 2.0 (Build 1401). So far I've not heard any dropouts. I suggest you update both the current software.

The problem I've had is that the Shuffle All button is too close the Back button. I've accidentally hit shuffle several times. Could it possibly be moved in a future fw update??

Welcome to Econ 101! That's the way capitalism is supposed to work. Actually, capitalism has a lot of problems. It's based on one of the seven deadly sins (greed). Without greed, it all falls apart. The one thing going for capitalism is that it's a lot better than any other system we've tried.

I received my N3U last night and just started using it today. Overall, I'm quite happy with it so far. I do have a few suggestions. There isn't a fast way to scroll through the Folders list as there is for Artists. I only use Folder list so my thumb gets a good workout when I listen to ZZ Top...

I can only think of 2 possible avenues. Go to a different location and use their WiFi to see if that makes a difference. Or contact Chord Support, they may have a way to force the update down to your IP.

The current fw is 1.6.1. Not sure why it's saying no update available. Have you tried doing a factory reset?

I want to second @dac64's suggestion. I just installed the MSP-600-15 (15v) version, though this version "only" has 43 amps available. I *think* I hear a noticeable improvement: the sub-bass is much tighter and deeper and there is an increased clarity (not sharpness) throughout the audio range...

I'm guessing you're running Windows, based on the ASIO in the 1st shot. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool Apple guy, so maybe another member can offer assistance. On the 2nd shot, just pick Mojo. It's only for the artwork that Roon displays. Unless you'd rather pretend you own a Dave. :thinking:

There should be 2 listings of your Poly in Roon (Set Up>Audio). One will say "via AirPlay". Pick the other one. If you don't see both, turn off the Poly until ALL the LEDs are off and not blinking. Then restart it. You might need to have both your phone and your Poly near your WiFi router.

What music software are you using on the Mac?
