Headroom questions from a newbie
I've always had great experiences with HeadRoom and have alot of time for both the company and their products. Cardas make some very good cables and the HD650 cable is a vast improvement over the stock cable IME. However, many other cables also improve on the stock cable though which one suits...- DoomV1

eBay Unpaid Item dispute, how to avoid negative feedback retaliation?
Quote: I, for one, believe that since PayPal is part of eBay as a company, they should automatically give positive feedback to buyers that pay through PayPal since that is a no brainer. The role of a buyer is to pay, and pay promptly. Not exactly. The role of the buyer is to read the...- DoomV1

eBay Unpaid Item dispute, how to avoid negative feedback retaliation?
Quote: I did not know what to do, the fear of negative retaliatory feedback forced me to do nothing. Garrett This is why eBay feedback doesn't work. If you get ripped you should always leave neg feedback to warn others, regardless. Doing nothing because you fear a reprisal...- DoomV1

ARGH! I scratched my watch!! (Perfectionist rant)
Yeah, I'm pretty anal with that stuff, too. Take it to a jeweller, preferably an official dealer and have the scratches polished out. I normally keep a specific insurance plan for any expensive watches I own and those will cover accidental damage. I had a bezel and crystal glass replaced via an...- DoomV1

need advice; is this a scam?
You're safe as long as you do two things: 1. Ship by a method that requires a signature from the recipient in order to receive the goods. 2. Ship in the Paypal verified person's name to their Paypal verified address. If the person attempts to get their money back from Paypal OR directly...- DoomV1

Another HF-1 on the "Black Market"
In my religion monogomy is frowned upon so I have 22 wives and 68 children. All are head-fi members and all of them love their new HF-1s. I've since decided, however, that having 90 pairs of HF-1s under one roof is gluttonous and sinful, so I'll be auctioning off 89 pairs or so on ebay...Just a...- DoomV1
