I am still using my IE60's and for me they have excellent isolation, however some others pointed out there are other models that have even better isolation... but in my opinion if no environment sound at all can come through anymore and no air at all can get in your IEM's then it cannot be too...

Definitely don't do max volume... they are still speakers and as such you will hurt / kill them if you use max volume at long times for a burn in. I used http://www.jlabaudio.com/burn.php for my burn in at around 65% volume on windows for a few nights and it did improve the sound.
