Anyone have a wiring diagram to make an adapter from dual xlr 3pin to a 1/8" stereo end?   I know the dual xlr 3 pin is wired as pin1 - nothing , pin 2 and pin 3 are wired back to the headphones.   So I have 2 - 3pin female and 1 - 1/8" end but can't seem to figure out how to wire it...
