Suggestions on how to tame the T20RP MK3 midbass? There not as much out there on the MK3s let along the T20 version. I'm thinking about covering some of the baffles to see if that helps but looking for suggestions from any other T20 owners.

The eartips that come with the Denon AH-C551Ks do not fit me at all so I'm looking for some recommendations for replacements. The etymotic 6i dual flange eartips work perfect but don't come close to fitting on the Denons.   Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Ummm.... I don't want two devices and I know that a NOS DAC would sound better but I'm just trying to have an all in one DAC / AMP with only two cables (usb, and walwart) that sounds better than the on board sound in a reference design intel 965 mobo for my Grado SR80s.

Company computer so can't go installing sound cards in it but I can plug in usb devices.

Usb wire, interconnect, and walwarts. I don't want to keep replacing a bunch of 9v batteries and the portaphile eats through them like candy so I'm going to need AC adapters too. With a DAC / AMP combo I get way better output than whats coming from the computers headphone out and only a singe...

Not enough money or credit my friend so thats why I'm asking for everyone's opinion on the two. I did read through your review and found it helpfull but I'm still looking for as much feedback as I can get.

So which amp with dedicated ps does everyone recommend and why? The Gilmore Lite or the Channel Islands Audio VHP-1? The cans I'll be driving are HD595/50, SR80, and soon DT770/80. Thanks for your input.
