My set serial starts with A1BEHG n driver no sound after three months. Is this early set or recent manufactured?

U mean they don't repair your set but replace with a brand new set? My local authorise distributor is in Singapore. Hoping they will do the same so I do not have to wait for it to be sent back to Focal n repair n then send back.

I did try to change cable n try on another head amp n no luck. It's really my left driver issue. I never abuse my headphones n use them very very gently but so surprise my utopia just give way after only three months and I basically only use it like maybe twice a week when I am free.

I have discover something about my problem which you also have, the problem why it could not detect after connecting to the Gemini cable is because of the USB voltage. For some reason some PC USB port like my PC only supply 4.96V and thus I can never get it to work (IUSB + Gemini + IDSD Micro)...

Did not work for either 2 adapter but when u hook the Gemini cable both head direct to the PC and plug the other end  to the idsd micro with either adapters, it works.

 Tried both no luck, the PC did not detect the idsd at all. Tried connecting the Gemini cable direct to PC (both heads) then adapter (any 2 adapters) then idsd micro, works great so I can safely say the adapter have no issue. Now is either the iusb got some compatibility problem hooking this way...

U are right ,i think i jump in on a good deal on the iusb n gemini cable bundle without thinking about the unique interface on the idsd micro.
