if someone is suggesting the momentum, i would say go check out the amperiors too, not that because I'm the amperiors owner or anything, but they do sound good with the music I listen to(rock, alternative, punk). those guys might not feel as comfy at first, but if you can find a sweet spot for...

I got them for $350 through amazon. Go with whatever your heart tell you to. It's funny how I'm on the plane right now and the dude next to me talking about his Dre solo headphones and saying how good they are....i can't help myself not to laugh at his face. Haha.

don't have the v-moda that you are talking about, but the k67s are an overall upgrade from k518le. check out the k518le reviews, and you will get an idea of what the k67s might sound like. 

pouch will be a plus for newcomers, but k518le like us already have one. Maybe they need to include one on their next upgrade release?  

let me join the club too, mines just got here last friday, don't have much time to listen to these guys yet, but so far, I'm loving em. IT IS the sound that I've been looking for.

Im debating these or the amperior, i can grab those cans for 160(refurb). note that I have a hd555 at home, and the akg k518le and k67 on2go, Not sure if I like the amperior or not either cuz i'm not a fan of the treble on those guys.

had the zx700, not impressed with the sound signature, not sure if I want to pull the trigger, but heck this is a great price.
