The ATH-CKM500..The best CKM earphone yet.
Quote: I don't know about your Audioflys so I can't compare, but the microphonics on the ckm500s are not that great either. But the amazing sound they produce kind of just make up for such a little problem If the 500s fit you well then I'm sure you'll have a good time hehe. Enjoy!- Howfu

The ATH-CKM500..The best CKM earphone yet.
Quote: Yeah, depends on your ears. The person who was having discomfort realised the shape just didn't cut it for his ears and it didn't fit properly. But if it's a good fit, then it's a Damn good fit. For me, I can wear these all day long, even to sleep- Howfu

Here are some pictures of my Gold ckm500s to help those wondering what colour they should get (and simply for the sake of showing off the beauties :P) I got the 500s and took the pics 5 days ago but never got to uploading the pics. Sorry if the pictures seem unco, I'm not a great photographer +...- Howfu

The ATH-CKM500..The best CKM earphone yet.
Quote: After all this talk about the galaxy s and it being the best phone for music playing and all, I've decided to not be so lazy and try to install voodoo. My s1 is still only running firmware ver. 2.2 and I don't have the necessary kernel so there are a couple of procedures. As I said...- Howfu

Quote: Actually it's not, so I was kind of wrong in saying I was in the same situation as OfekA. But he for one apparently has his phone voodoo'd and he still says that the SQ is lower than that of his laptop. I just thought I would relate to him is all. I've tried installing voodoo on...- Howfu

The ATH-CKM500..The best CKM earphone yet.
Quote: I'm in the same situation as you are - had the ckm500's for 3 days and have a galaxy S i9000. I also notice my laptop has better sound than on my phone. The soundstage is a lot better and everything is generally clearer, but in exchange for clarity some warmth and thickness is lost...- Howfu

Audio Technica ATH M50
Quote: I'm not sure if he meant actually playing games, but the game soundtracks (OST). But you're right - soundstage on the M50s isn't anything great. Something like the AD700s would be much much better~ Quote: Hi-5! Our tastes in music are practically identical! Perhaps...- Howfu

Quote: I just recommended this ^ but I'll recommend it again - ATH-CKM500/i (has mic and volume rocker models for i devices). -I'm quite positive it would be an upgrade from your s4s and would do quite well for your music tastes. If you have time, be sure to check it out (on eBay for...- Howfu

Quote: I'm no expert, but if you're considering CKM50s then you should definitely check out the new CKM500s. Sure, they're more expensive but I'm confident it'd be worth it. They also come in various colours. I'm going to get them myself very soon. check out this...- Howfu

Buying portable or in-ear headphones? Seeking guidance? DON'T START A NEW THREAD. Ask for advice HERE!
Hi. I've been interested in 2 IEMs: Vsonic GR06 and Shure SE215. Different prices and almost totally different sound signatures, but from what I know they have the similarity of sounding warm, and that they're also a very nice for the buck. The thing is, I've been doing some research on IEMs in...- Howfu

MEElectronics M6 Review
A very good review, almost exactly my thoughts. Just something to add in with the build quality (perhaps only with my pair, not sure) after daily use for about over a month, the thin plastic sleeves that hold the memory wire gradually pulls out of the actual earpiece. This is not such a problem...- Howfu

Shure SE215 no bass?
Actually, some headphones' bass, when first out of a box, can sound transparent but after a certain amount of burn-in can become very prominent and/or even very Bassy. So although burn-in is indeed no miracle maker, it is necessary for IEMs or headphones before judging how it sounds at first- Howfu
