What about the Denon AH-D1100? It's a little bit over my budget but I've heard the mids are pretty good and clear.

I need new headphones for under $100 and Sennheiser's known for good sound quality   I've been looking at the HD 215 & HD 203 Had seen some mixed reviews about them BTW I mostly listen to Acoustic stuff and the others are pretty much POP Mids are important
