Honestly. It's worth it. I actually have the v35, and the note 9 is amazingly better on every way except the wired audio

Own this and a v30. V30 is immensely better. Using the qQualcom version btw

The LG G3 isn't good.  Audio quality is dull and boring, and the max volume is fairly low.  Was so dissapointed coming from the LG g2, which IMO was the best sounding mobile device I have ever owned.

The build quality is truly amazing I haven't heard the Oppo PM-3,really want to though. I also own the B&O H8, and the M&D has a much more detailed and warmer sound. These are my favorite closed back portable headphones now. But really want to check out the PM3

They only made a limited amount of each of the MH40-PS. So I guess when they are gone, they won't be restocked.

Yeah the mh40 passes the girlfriend test for me as well. But I'm not sure about the co worker test. I'll try to find out. And about the mids. They sounded wooly when I amped them, but through my moto nexus 6, it sounded pretty neutral. They sound very different amped versus non amped

Yeah..sound leakage isn't the worst, but its not good for quiet offices either. Strange because its touted as a work headphone. But I'm actually loving the sound of these things so much, I want take it with me everywhere. And I do, because they are nice looking. The PSB M4U is still my all...

The black and gun metal mh40 looks awesome!!! I would love to hear the mh30 for myself though. I wish Apple Store would put out a demo.

Based on what I read, the mh30 is more punchy and fun sounding, while the mh40s are more accurate. The price difference is only $50 between the two, so it was an easy decision for me

Bought these headphones from the apple store over a week a go. Man I really like these. I got the black with gun metal trim, and it is a looker. I loved the brown and silver one when its been displayed and even around my neck, but the moment I put them on my head, the orangish brown was way too...

Beats was my gateway into this headphone passion. Can't hate on them. I am interested in these though for the noise cancelling. How does it compare to the parrot zik and Bose qc?

Nice little review Takeanidea. I bought them a few days ago. Not fully broken in. I'm accustomed to over the ear headphones. I've pretty much owned all the best over the ear sealed headphones prices at $300. I'm still getting used to the slightly smaller sound, and I'm guessing they won't be...

Any further impressions yet Mike?   If the lower mids or the fit is better in anyway, then my K550s are going up for sale!.   The cheap looking cable isn't too big of a deal for me, but i do appreciate it being shorter. 

Really disapointed in the cable.  Let's hope theirs some fit and sound improvements over the K550s

So then the winner is the M-100s?  Can you go into a little more detail as to why the M-100s are vastly superior?   I wish i can snag a pair, but it seems like they are backordered now.
