I was hoping that since HTC bought a majority of Beats they would up the standard, but sadly that is not so.

Whoa... I've missed a lot. Last time I checked this there was about 300 pages...   I see that the boom type mic was selected, will that ever be available for separate purchase here? http://v-moda.com/accessories/   Or will it just remain exclusive to the pre-ordered M-100s?

I know I'm late to this whole conversation, but a bone vibration mic would be best as I doubt anyone would use the M-100's for gaming. Personally, I use my Crossfades with their mic for my phone (HTC One X) because it's easier to hear people plus the microphone is better. I'd like to assume...

Had a dream last night that I got to listen to these, it was amazing.   Looks like these are coming out in Valve time, but just like with Valve's games, it's for the betterment of the product. So, take as much time as you need!

Their good for electronic/rap/hip-hop. But they're pretty awful for rock.
