I agree with the notion that we need some tubey-speaker-amp Schiit. I was going to suggest a Ragnarok with tubes, but then the current Raggy wouldn't feel quite as "universal" anymore.

I assume that your razordog bamboo LCD-2 came with the black leather earpads and headband. I just got my Vegan Bamboo LCD-2 today. Have there been any reports of this more comfortable "LCD-2F2" from recent purchasers of the Vegan Bamboo? Maybe Audeze simply improved their earpads/headbands.  ...

Yep I got the email this morning. Expect some impressions in the near future!     What a nice deal! I thought $916 was a steal. I say go for it!

Has anyone ordered an LCD-2 from Audeze's website in the last couple of weeks or so and received their headphones? I thought they might have just been slammed by CES, and I want to be as patient as possible.

Over a week later and Audeze still hasn't shipped my LCD-2. When should I start flipping stuff over? 

If headphones needed needed to be burnt in, wouldn't the manufacturer do that before selling them?    Side question: Do RazorDog's open-box LCD-2 and LCD-3 come with the full 3-year warranty through Audeze?

I predict that the Asgard 2 will be wonderfully neutral and show off only the attributes of LCD-2. I think it's probably the ideal reasonably priced SS desktop amp since ODA will probably never see the light of day.

Thinking of my LCD-2 as a panda makes me even more pleased with my purchase. I just wish Audeze would consider bamboo for the LCD-3 as an alternative to zebrawood...   Still nothing about my LCD-2 shipment. Hopefully it gets sent off today or tomorrow now that the CES festivities are...

You can search for an "Open Box" version that is $825. I think it has Audeze's 3 year warranty.   I chose to just go brand new direct from Audeze just because I wanted to know that it's brand spankin' new (plus the "Open Box" didn't offer vegan earpads.

I ordered a bamboo/vegan LCD-2 on Tuesday. Very excited. ^_^   My order says 2-day shipping, but I haven't received a shipping confirmation email. Does anyone know how long it takes Audeze to ship?

I'd like to get a simple T-shirt with the Schiit logo on it. I don't think I'd wear one of those T-shirts that have Schiit puns on them.
