Good day. I'm serching for a new DAC to replace my Schiit Bifrost.   I can spend for new gear 1500-1700$. A character of sounding wants a slightly warm without shiny highs. But also detailed with good dynamics.     What can you me advice?

Hello, sorry for my "great" english. But I much need to know, is it possible to replace a pads on this headphpnes?   Earpads are too much squeezes around ears and after for about 20 minutes it's headache occurs. I tried to  enfeeble a headband, but it also didn't helped, headphones...
