I find the yellow foamies provide the best comfort, fit and sound, but I have to admit I often swear at them when I fail to get a good seal. Once they're in though, wow... having said that - i may just dig out the other tips just for fun...

I've got a 1GB muvo tx fx and a pair of E4Cs. They work well together, although I only use the muvo for podcasts and with the E4Cs when I travel. Bottom line: you'll be fine.
