Shure SE-535 sound in full-sized cans

A good usb-Amp/DAC
I'm looking for a usb-Amp/DAC for use with my laptop. I would like it to be small, versatile, and good sounding with a variety of different headphones; all whilst being relatively inexpensive (say maybe $400 at most). Any recommendations are appreciated. --Thanks- AllanBilodeau
