It’s been, what? Six months since the first Timeless II got into the hands of some reviewers? 7hz really took their time in the re-tuning process. Personally, I think that’s a good sign. They’re not doing a turn and burn. They actually want this one to be exceptionally good.

There’s enough blue in that mix to make it close to violet. Violet is basically half way between pink and purple. Purple has more blue. Pink has less.

I guess I’m lucky because the Fan2 fits me perfectly. They want to insert a lot deeper than the typical set and that actually does impact the sound. Overall I think we agree that they’re very comparable sets. Both above average and very capable. The NEO3 is a total home run for ISN.

Neo 3 is very similar and may actually work better for some people due to the weird nozzle design on the FAN2. But I agree that if you can get a good fit on both the FAN2 has the edge. It’s a little richer sounding.

Just stick with the Quintet and you’ll be fine.

What was the knock on the ARTTI R1 again? Because I’m listening to mine again now and they sound pretty cool. Bass dominant.

I find that both the L and XL work for me too. And I agree. Using the XL makes for a bassier sound. It’s nice that these are so versatile. They sound more like foams than most other tips I have.

I have a lot of luck with the Penon Liqueur tips on the Neo 3. I currently have the Os on them but I have some Bs coming too.
