MG Head DT too Bright!

How do you insert sillicone tri-flanges for the Ety 4s?
I know the proper procedure is to pull your earlobe up and back, then insert the tip into your canal, than levave them there. However I find this very uncomfortable, almost like having a fire poker stuffed in there.... What I do now is insert the flanges as per normal, than I twist them out...- xchagg
