I figured out how to fix my static problems.  I switched the USB port it was plugged into.  For now, that is fine.  I may switch later, but for now I'm going to save my money.  I don't know how to delete a thread, any help with that from mods or whomever, thanks.

I'd like to keep it between 100-200, the lower the better.  If there are any other ways to use my equipment, I'm willing to check it out.

Yes, the USB option is probably what I would go with, and I think the headphone jack should be fine on the reciever for TV purposes. As far as the speakers... those speakers that I mentioned have a 5.1 add-on that I can get later on, just adding 3 more speakers... so that is what I would...

I agree with elrod in that those are great albums, but I also agree Crash is a great album, all their stuff is great. Just pick up any album by them, they are all pretty darn good.
