Voice synthesizer
Does anyone know of any good voice synthesizers? I'm looking for something that can make computer-sounding voices, similar to the original Battle Star Galactica Cylon voices, ideally with variable tone and pitch control. Thanks.- jack

Sounds cards for use with Cakewalk's Sonar 4
I'm using Sonar 4 (by Cakewalk) for recording audio. Does anyone have recommendations for soundcards that work especially well with this? I would like to be able to record multiple sources at once with as little latency as possible and with at least pretty darn good fidelity. The card should...- jack

Does anyone have any good recommendations for recordings of music in previous tuning systems (previous to equal temperment) - ideally ones that are not voice-only? -
Movie soundtracks
Does anyone have any recommendations for great movie soundtracks to check out? I have a couple of favorites, including those for Gladiator, Lord of the Rings, and Star Wars (the first two movies). But I haven't found any others that stack up, although I own several. It seems that many work... -
Sweaty Suede Lips
