Not sure then..my plays just like the phone. You do also need to turn the volume all the way up on the ct10 if you have not yet. Also disconnect and erase all the devices from the car and re-connect just the CT 10 - does that help? If not then unfortunately I am out of options.

I connect my Activo 10 to my 2013 honda Pilot just fine and it plays music just like any phone would.

I can't either. BTW, all those software is already on the ct10 internal drive. Just connect to a pc and look in the CT10_Contents folder.

pureapk does not have spotify to sideload as an openapp. Anyone knows where I can download a legit version from?

I know I am digging up an old thread but I just got a pair of GS1000 (not i or e) and it pairs with my FIIO Q5 extremely well. The FIIO subtly gives a little warmth to the sound signature without destroying the signature Grado mids and trebles. Generally I am not a fan of bass boost of any kind...

Old thread so perhaps too late for suggestions but here I go :). My 325i came from the factory with 10 holes vented and has superb bass (although I do drive the pair with amps and dacs). Can you shine light and see whether some holes are already vented?

Thanks Guys, I spoke with the HeadRoom guys. They say sonically, I would not notice any difference between the two. On machine plot, total bithead looks slightly better and since it uses better components it may last longer. I ordered the regular one..
