Invisible Shield ?
The best method for IS application is to use ammonia based glass cleaner - Windex/Windolene instead of soap/water. I read and saw it somewhere in ilounge forum and the results are fantastic. Peel off the film with tweezers, lift it vertically, then spray Windex on the adhesive area. Remove...- illuxionist

Ain't We HF-1 owner Head-Fi contributors?
Just wondering, I should expect my username title comes with a "Contributor" tag, or at least listed in the "Contributing Members" list. Although just USD25, but still contributing. Sorry for my ignorance if I sound offended... proud owner of HF-1, Darren. #357- illuxionist

Best Screen Protector for 5G ipod?
Scotch tape should do the trick. Alternatively you can remove it and wash with water. Blow it dry(yes I mean dried, MF doesn't need water for application), re-apply. Quote: Originally Posted by RB26DETT since we are talking bout screen protectors, can anyone tell me how do i remove...- illuxionist

HF-1s making my head hurt :(
This is one major reason why I let go my HF-1 in FS forum. I was thinking to buy Beyer headband pad and replace the bowl pads wit vwap. But it is almost impossible for me to source them in my country unless import. Taking these hassle fees into consideration, I had decided to convert myself to...- illuxionist

How many of you wash/soften your Grado bowls?
I actually regretted of washing it. It became softer now and let more chances for my ears to touch the driver...which is hurt.- illuxionist

Xin amps holiday discounts!
Ordered myself a SMacro-3 V6 yesterday, along with 2 1xBuffer and 2x CA sockets. Thinking of doing Class-A Biasing. After that Dr.Xin told me I need only 1 1xBuffer and 1x CA sockets to do so. Unless I go for Pre-Power comb. Hopefully this SMacro-3 can drive HF-1 effortlessly.- illuxionist

Torn b/w the Hornet, AE-1 and SM.V6...Please help!
Sorry I should not raise the 'volume pot' issue as I might misinterpreted what I've read in some of the reviews. Just skip that since I've stated in my post that it's not a big deal at all. And the hunt goes on...- illuxionist

Torn b/w the Hornet, AE-1 and SM.V6...Please help!
Good Day! I'm about to get a portable amp, going to pair with HF-1(shipped but hasn't arrived yet), ATH-EW9 and KSC-75. My source is 5G iPod. I was thinking of GLite at first but I still prefer something that I could bring along with me. I've done some research on these portable amps...- illuxionist
