Disagree. (had to happen) I've got both and much prefer the HD497s. The ksc35s are great but I like the darker, slightly heavier, closer sound of the Sennheisers. It probably depends on the type of music I'm listening to. Also the hd497s insulate me from the outside more - the 35s don't at...
