DO NOT buy a c+c xo - they break after a month or two and your emails of complaint will go unanswered grrr

well, i'm in the UK so the address for me is their hong kong one - which was the return address on the customs labels that were on the parcel they sent me the amp in... It may be different if you're in the US of course!

well, that's a coincidence - i gave their support email one last try after posting on this forum and whaddayaknow - a response! I have the email of the employee who sent it to me, as well as the postal address for headb - pm me and i'll provide it, having got this far i don't want to now...

soo... three emails and no reply from headb.com on my dead c+c xo - anybody out there had any luck getting the battery repaired/replaced independently?
