my new black 5gb zen micro with the altoid case i made

hey my friend has a dell digital jukebox and he wants to transfer songs from the jukebox onto his computer but he doesn't know how. it's written in the instruction manuel, and has 3 steps, but after the 1st one, what it says to do isn't an option. anyone know how to do it?

what about that firmware update for the micro? i think i read on the forum somewhere that it's been messing up people's micros, but i couldn't find it again. is it pretty much recommended to not get the update? what's it supposed to do if it works?

so do none of the micros come with chargers now? or is it just the 4 and 6 gig ones? i thought the 5gigs used to come with a charger

would anyone mind sharing some pics of the calendar feature? seems pretty cool that it has one, but if its anything like the crappy calendar on my cell phone then i know i'm not gonna use it. thanks
