Thank you for the answer. Unfortunately I didn't find any headphone amps with RCA input. Concerning the USB inferfaces, the only thing I found which isn't 16bit/48kHz is NI Guitar Rig Mobile that costs 165 USD in my country (twice than I'm willing to pay).
