You should ask Tuberoller, he has heard both the HR-2 and the Prehead in his own system. I'd go for the Prehead, I think that the fit and finish is quite amazing (from the pictures I have seen). I've owned Corda amplifiers before, and their voicing is very natural, and non-fatiguing.

I use the K1000's with the nOrh SE9, and although the combination is a little bright with some recordings, it has left me with little to desire. I'm happy (hence the username).

Turns out my rectifier tube went dead, and caused the fuse to blow. All I need is a new fuse, and a new Sovtek 5AR4 rectifier, and I'll be alright.
