I had koss porta pro before I got the px-100, but they had to much bass for my taste. And I kept getting my hair stuck in it :D If I raise the pricebar to 100-120$, does the picture change dramatically?

I've not been here so long. But as they told me here, a hd595 is overkill for a computersystem without a good soundcard and an amp. You will be able to drive them, they are "only" 50Ω. By that I mean both of them. From other stuff I read they are not worth the doubble, but I might be wrong :P

The Senn HD595 are only 50Ω. They sad that normal mp3players would be sufficent to drive them. I got money for the damaged sony, fullprice. But did not recive money for the carpet or table which i had to clean by myself :P

The topice says it all. I think I am going to buy a pair Senn hd595 for 200$ in Norway, because my old ones got peed on . Next time I get drunk people for an wisit I will lock my headsett inside a safe. So they are going to be used on a computer where i listen to "gaming", movies, rock too...
