Can't say I have experienced any of the described issues since owning my Zune HD... Sounds too be like you received a defective unit. Especially since so much appears to be going wrong.

Personally, I would prefer to limit the amount of people trying to hype and sell stuff and focus mainly on the love of the hobby and unbiased opinions and impressions. Having vendors seems to up the tension and change the overall feel of the event... that is just me though.

They are not 8610s but they are the opamps that came with the amp. I forget what exactly they are now. I swapped those out for a set of OPA637/627 which were in the amp when I sent it to you. Here is the link for your amp. I never said they were 8610s...
