I'm leaning towards the Denon AH-D5000's or 7000's, but I'd like to see what everyone else thinks on this matter. They have to be closed back (if there are any open back headphones with little bleeding feel free to throw those into the mix). Price range doesnt matter, I'm interested in quality. 

I'm looking for a good quality CD player or stereo. I don't know too much about the high quality stuff, which is why I'm asking for others opinions. I'd like to get one that doesn't require very many add-ons such as DACs or AMPs.   Thanks in advance!

I'm looking to buy my first "audiofile" grade CD player, any suggestions? Also, are there digital CD changers? Something I can store all of my CD's on and connect straight to my CD player (or even better, CD players that digitally hold my CDs)?

Would you mind explaining what a DAC is/does? What would be your recommendations as far as one with an amp as well?
