Baldr, Perhaps you could offer incremental upgrades to the Mani. There was a member on here that custom ordered a linear power supply and raved about the improvement. Why not do that? I'd pay you another $100-150 for a Sol (suggested name) linear supply to mate to my Mani. What say you?

Those look like nice replacement pads. The originals fit well enough, unless you have massive ears. My ears are normal sized and the WS-99's pads sit over them without any squishing.

I really enjoy my Schiit Asguard ($249) with my 650's. I have also listened to a friend's Bottlehead Crack (with the speedball option - total $299) and love the tube sound there too. Can't go wrong with either. Good luck...

Wow, we think alike. I have an Asguard and am waiting for the Schiit DAC to come out; chose to get a Matrix Cube in the interim. I've been very happy with it. Once I buy a Schiit DAC, I'll take the Matrix Cube to work and leave it there as my work-place amp.
