I am looking for recommendations of mmcx cables for wearing straight down (non-over-ear).. prefer something with lesser microphonics, any suggestions? It would probably be something that is soft and light, I ordered some NiceHCK cables a while back and the right side of the connector was too...

I bought some replacements for the sponge in the nozzle and wanted to replace them. I have a pair of sonys and I removed the sponge from inside the nozzle. However, there are some residue 'stuck' on the edges of the inner nozzle. How do I clean them? The inner is 4mm.
