Is there a link on how to root the X7? I have my S6 Edge rooted and enjoying V4a and I really want that on my X7 !

Wow .... looks like a Spotify and online streaming apps thread rather than Fiio X7 . Why would anyone complain if the X7 allows 3rd party streaming apps??? its an added bonus! ppl who want it can use it, ppl who dont ... its got a "pure mode" just for you! its not like allowing 3rd party apps...

People. My apologies. I finally found why the volume was so low. There is a separate volume slider in the settings>audio. That was set to quite low for some reason. I increased it and now poweramp is fine.  Im very happy ... will put in my review shortly. I will use the stock player exclusively...

Ok ... just got my DX100 ... so far so good. But I cannot connect to the internet with wifi and have to sort that out. Anyone know how to find the MAC address of the DX100 wifi module. On my android phone it is under settings>about device but in the DX100 it doesnt exist.   Another problem...
