Had the same negative experience with my Zoro HD, sound quality much worse than the original Zoro and Hammo I have, must be different drivers inside compared to acclaimed ones. No luck for me this time, I will keep my distance from new models and continue to enjoy the older versions. Ion

Sorry for the delay, let's make it easy, look through the black cloth and you can see the driver. If you see the circles in the driver plastic protector, you are OK, if you see black sticker you’ll  have to remove it. With the sticker (forgotten by the manufacturer during the assembly)...

1. Gently pull out the pads 2. Identify and remove the black sticker 3. Insert back the pads (this is the difficult part, be patient and use a plastic card) 4. Enjoy your Hammos, if you can fix them, you will LOVE the headphones, no more STAX for me :)
