    thanks, I'll look into it.      I'll let them burn in for few more days,Hopefully it gets better. I quite like the sonics of this iem, shame about the sibilance.

    Got my self an ie 80 a couple of days ago as I was such a huge fan of ie.8 , But I hear sibilance everywhere, it's driving me mad. Did I get a defective pair or is this normal (bought new from amazon.de)? Also ie 80's cable is terrible/cheap compared to ie 8 or any iem at this price range.

    Hi,  My pair is in need of recabling, since my left driver has gone dud (It works when I fidget the cable ). I am aware of BTG(Hopefully they are still offering the service) but I was wondering if there are similar providers based in UK? ( or some where closer to UK).   Thanks in advance.

    Samsung Galaxy S2 In ear Phones.

    i am not very impressed with sgs2 sq to be perfectly honest. the samsung earphone is VERY-VERY bass heavy, bass heads will like them but they are muddy and not very detailed . the yamaha dac does not come close to wolfson dac. you can hear cpu frequency 'hisss' sound,with westone4 the hiss sound...

    My first impression are, 1. very light and very good fit. 2. compared to tf10 i felt the signature of westone to be a little warm(very little). this may be because tf 10 has a bit forward highs. also tf 10 has a larger sound stage then these.  3. mids on these just blew mind. tf 10 does not...

    i currently have sgs and it uses WOLFSON DAC i am eagerly looking forward to getting sgs 2 and it uses YAMAHA's codec. i know next to nothing about the science behind it .i just want to know is YAMAHA as good as the WOLFSON? better ? worse? ...
