Good to hear WJE. I could tell from photos that the work was first-class, but it's still nice to hear from other satisfied customers! BTW: My cups from Cabillas are made from a different wood, not sapeli. It's called iroko. Here's what I found at Wikipedia, my other home away from home...

I've found Grado customer service to be great as well. I tore up a rod tip when I added my rod locks. They sent me a new pair of tips, no charge. And the person who answered my email was professional and very courteous!

Hey, I'm looking for those fancy aluminum rod tips/caps like I've seen on some customized Grados... does anyone here know of a source? Something similar to what's used in this photo...
