I Agree completely. The 401k plan offered by my work was seriously hyped up before they launched it. After they launched, all it did was give you an alternate place to put your money. They outlined no benefit to the plan.   Dont most companies offer money matching options?

Between the 2, I would go with the HD555's as they are a more well rounded phone. Both cans have their faults, but the HD555's just edge out the Grados in my book.

Whats your budget? Out of everything suggested, the D2000, IMO, will be the best. However, they will also be at the top of the price bracket for all headphones recommended in this thread.
