What cables do you use for your TMA-1's? And what cables give a darker sound sig? (I prefer darker sounds, since bright sounds kinda irritate me. Sorry. ) Thanks!      I heard Canare mini starquads are dark, but how about Kimber mini-mini? 

Yeah, I figured they'd be amp dependent. But I swear something was definitely wrong with the unit I tested, and the only thing I saw wrong was the cable used.     

Ok thanks for the response guys. I've no problem with the sound signature of these headphones, 'cause they're for DJ's right? So I'd expect the bass to be felt more than the mids and highs. I might get one soon.    Thanks!    One more question, these cans have got a 32ohm Impendance, so...

Does anyone know why these sound muffled and had no bass when I tried them? It wasn't clear enough either. I had better sound coming out of my K518. I really wanted to buy them after seeing all the posts in here, but the sound put me off. My source when I was trying them was an iPod Nano 5g.
