    iBasso D6 "Fer-de-Lance" USB DAC/Amp

The HIFIMAN player is the only one I know of that can output 24/96 files, but I don't know about the compatability with the Cypher labs algorythm solo. I also believe the upcoming Fiio x3 can process files up 24/192.   http://www.hifiman.us/products/?pid=71

Unfortunately the ipod/phone are hardware limited to16-bit 48kHz, FLAC player app can only decode 24/96 but the hardware will not output that. The Cypher Labs Solo can process 24/96 files but not from the ipod/phone.   http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/flac-player/id390532592?mt=8#  ...

Headphone jack of your cowon to the Fiios LINE IN, then your headphones to the the Headphone jack in the front of the Fiio. I believe that the Fiio came with a cable 3.5 to 3.5 cable, thats what you need to connect the cowon to the fiio.
