If you're going to get the HD800 in the future and don't need one asap, I would definitely wait until the Sennheiser HDVD800 amplifier is released (even though the price should be around €1500 iirc).  

I can't listen to my customs in bed unless I place my head carefully in a way that I don't lose my seal, so don't assume customs will solve the problem.

So much for the build quality of the cable. Soldering must have broke, because I just lost my left channel and when I fiddle with the cord near the 3.5mm connector, I sometimes get it back. **** it, I'm done with this ****.

Check my signature to see what I'm running it with. I'm not running it out of my iphone, I'm saying that when I do, I would find it hard to distinguish them during a blind test.

I just picked up mine at the local post office and I'm giving them my first listen now. The fit seems to be very good on the left piece whilst being also good on the right, but it doesn't seem to be burried as deep as the left. I haven't lost my seal on either yet, though.   I'm not going to...

Mine could very well arrive within the next 16 hours or so, but since I lack a tracking number I can't know for sure. Two and a half months, I really hope it was worth it.

Are you refering to the shipment#? I just received one, but I'm not sure how to use it (if it's usable).   Do you know what courier they use?
