Yes ... cold cold, ice cold. No smell of burning in any site of the board. I was put on and left on 24 hours. The tube cold, every black piece cold, capacitors cold. As cold as if it was turned off. I tried it with my fingers Tomorrow I will to buy a cheap multimeter and try...- mancini
