I just got my ATH M50's a couple days ago, and i love em to death. I just have an issue with the 3.5mm jack. Theres a little scratch near the ring, and i was just wondering where that may have come from and if there is any adverse effects it may have. I plug it into my macbook, btw.

Here at my 60 person boarding school the headphones i see here are mostly earphones. there are like 3 kids with Bose Ae2/Ae1, and one kid with a bose QC. One kid here has a pair of HD280 Pro's, and another one has a ATH M20. There was a kid that left here that had a pair of K701's. Can't wait...
