Stax L700MK2 + SRM-D50

Waiting for comparisons with the L300/L500/L700... :L3000:

I'm really curious where the X1 will sit in the Stax lineup. After a long time, they at least managed to draw attention to something new!

Thanks BenF but I ask: L700MK2 sounds the same as L700? Or do they have relevant differences as I have read?

I have both Sundara Closed Back and Beyerdynamic DT770. From what I know of the two, I think Beyer can meet your expectations.

I´ve had an SR-202 for a long time, which I like a lot, and I'm thinking about getting the L700MK2. Since the L700MKII costs twice as much as the L500MK2, do you think it's worth the investment?

I can get an L700 Mk2. But, since I have an SR-202, would it be a great improvement to get an L700 Mk2? My concern is to make a considerable investment and then discover that the gain was only subtle ...

I´ve had an SR-202 for a long time, which I like a lot, and I'm thinking about getting the 007 MK2. Do you know if the SRM-D50 can drives the 007 MK2 as well as the 353X in order to extract all its potential?

Thanks for the advice. I love the sound of the L300 and am willing to invest to get something more in the Stax line, even though the costs are high. Where I live it is difficult to hear other Stax earspeakers, so my decision is basically based on impressions and descriptions that I read...

After all, is the D50 able to extract the full potential of an SR-007MK2? If not, can an SRM-353X do this? How can I identify this by product specifications? I use the L300 / SRM-252S set and I'm thinking of buying an SRM-D50, even thinking about a future update for an SR-007MK2.
