#136 arrived today

I received my set today, #136 Initial impression through my WA-3 is of a fullsounding set. It's not booming at all.

I know I will not be able to resist reading these posts We must also remember that the sound will be different from one system to another. So I don't really think it hurts reading other members reviews.

For me, living in Norway, the HF-1 is a bargain. With shipping and taxes added it costs about 60% of what a Norwegian dealer is charging for the SR-225.

Great read! I love my SR60's! For some reason the HD600's have not been in use as much as the Grado's. For that reason I have ordered the HF-1 to experience the Gradosound on a higher level

It could be an IRQ conflict. Creative have a habit of problems related to this. If the pci slot with the sound card shares irq with another device, the solution might be to try a different slot. Worth a try

Have anyone listened to this amp? It was recommended by a respected audio journalist for use with my HD600's. The price in Norway is 2000,- NOK (280 USD).
