Bump...The generic overplayed title may be throwing people off. This thread is a little more specific.

    Looking for <$50 ear "buds"?

Hello head-fi, this may be my first thread in the several years since I've been registered here. First of all, I'll say that the members here have guided me right in my (few) can purchases. My latest and most recent purchase, the JVC HARX700, definitely delivered in every aspect they were...

    The Koss Spark Plug

Yup, I'd be really interested in hearing what the board thinks of those headphones, those were going to be my next purchase. By the way, what exactly does IEM mean? Something to do with in-ear headphones I suppose? I've never used any but I think it's the way to go.

    First "real" pair of headphones...suggestions

Actually, I've always lingered with the thought, but never decided, about going with the type of headphone that actually goes in your ear, not too sure what they're called. It makes sense that they would deliver a more "complete" sound, is this the case?

    First "real" pair of headphones...suggestions

I really don't know much at all about high end headphones, but I can appreciate "true" and clean sound quality. Firstly, my budget is $100, give or take $10 . The only ones I had considered (only ones I knew about) were the Grado SR 80's http://www.amazon.com/Grado-80-SR80/...&s=electronics...

    Got a ZUNE

well, I have done all of the windows updates, except 2 of them, Internet Explorer 7, and a security update for Internet Explorer. For some very odd reason though...I can't download IE7 from windows because of...validation problems, lol. Still though, I don't think that'd be a critical...

sleek design and surprisingly good sound quality, from what I have been able to hear in the preloaded content though. I just bought this yesterday and started hating it pretty quickly. I'd read how the software was writting like complete ****, but I didn't think it would be this bad. I've...

    Sennheiser HD457 and HD212

Which would you prefer? The 212's are $20 more than the 457. I bought the 457's today, and I don't like the open ear type like these ( ) I'm planning on returning these for the 212's, is it the best thing to do?
